For us at the Heleni Jerusalem Hotel, it is important to provide the best professional service to all our customers.

To this end, we are working to make adjustments that will also allow accessibility for customers with disabilities, both in the direct channels and in the digital channels with the aim of helping them improve the quality of life and enabling their integration into society in a way of respect, equality and independence.

The hotel has one accessible room with handrails and ceramic flooring, and the room is on the ground floor. At the entrance to the hotel there is a step with an accessible ramp, there is no accessible parking in the complex. All the public areas, the bar, the lobby and the seating areas are accessible to wheelchairs and the lobby has disabled services available.

Emergency systems are installed in the hotel, which includes sound alerts and lighting.
